Mrs Ferguson and Mrs Irvine work with small groups of children who need some extra help with literacy and mathematics. Opportunities are provided for children with learning difficulties to progress in positive ways. A multi-sensory approach helps to overcome individual learning difficulties and a varied range of learning situations is available.
The learning support team work alongside class teachers and assistants providing reinforcement and individual help with specific literacy and numeracy requirements of individual children.
We get to learn by playing games.
Learning is fun.
We have lots of books to choose from and we can read them all!
It is easier to concentrate and get our work finished in our small group.
We get more turns on the computer.
We can get our work done more quickly.
We get help with things we find difficult.
IT'S GOOD FUN!
