Spring Walk
Spring is here! We are learning about spring so today we went for a walk around the school grounds to see what signs we could find to let us know spring has arrived. At the front of the school we saw lots of shoots beginning to grow and we even saw some daffodils and crocuses already in bloom. We also looked closely at the trees and we saw some buds beginning to open with the leaves starting to bloom. The little cherry blossom tree is beginning to show blossoms and there were lots of crows building nests and making lots of noise. The weather was lovely and sunny so we decided to have our break at the fort ring - our first picnic this year! Then to finish of the perfect morning we played for a little while in Fort Fun! What a great time we all had!
