Winter Wonderland
It is now Winter and we have been learning about the changes that take place during Winter. In our "Learning Through Play" activities we have been learning about the different animals who live in cold countries. Everyone painted their very own snowman and designed their own snowman on the computer. We had an igloo where we could read books about winter and winter stories. Using dough we made super snowmen with scarves, buttons, eyes and a nose. At our craft table we made snowmen using different kinds of paper. We had to use our thinking skills to try and build an igloo out of sugar cubes but we were not allowed to eat the sugar cubes!
